The Fifty Plus Group Christmas Party & Luncheon on Wednesday, December 2nd @ 11:30 a.m.
Everyone is invited to join us as we gather in this festive season for a time of fun and fellowship! Bring your favorite Christmas dish to share with the group, some friends, and be ready for a good time! We will also have a “White Elephant” gift exchange with each other and please bring a new, unwrapped gift for a teenager for our TOY STORE. Looking forward to seeing everybody there!

The Food Pantry is in need of turkeys and other items for Thanksgiving meals to distribute on Monday, Novemeber 23rd. You may bring your turkey on this Monday morning during regular food pantry hours. Area food banks are running low this year, so we really need your help! It is always a blessing to know that you have blessed someone else, so please be generous so those less fortunate can enjoy the holidays, too. Thanks so much for your help!

A CHILI COOK-OFF (Be sure to sign up-this will give the 2nd placers from the Fall Festival a second chance to shine!) and Live Music! Tell everyone you know…get ready to “hear the roar” of Santa delivering toys for Toy Store on his motorcycle! It is a wonderful way to start the holiday season- and awesome to see the hearts of these bikers dedicated to helping kids that are in need. Let’s all support them as they support our ministry here at Asbury!

Hang door wreaths and garland On altar and walls.

Hang wreaths in high places – Put up and decorate the two trees in the Sanctuary & in Foyer. This needs to be completed BEFORE the Motorcycle Toy Run that will make it to Asbury around NOON! With everyone pitching in, it will cut down on the time spent and will add to the fun, too!
